3 ON 3 POND HOCKEY TOURNAMENT

Lake Jasna, Kranjska Gora, Slovenija – WHERE IS THIS?
The main part of the event is open-air hockey, which gives all participants a unique and genuine experience of sport and nature. Welcome to all adult recreational players.
BASIC TOURNAMENT RULES
- Winning team gets a “goat” trophy and other rich prizes.
- Every player gets an official retro jersey in which he has to compete and a gift bag.
- 66 teams, divided in 22 groups with 3 teams.
- Group stage: single round – robin.
- Knockout stage: Best of 32, Best of 16, Quarter-finals, Semi-finals, Finals.
- Teams are limited to 5 players. Minimum number of players per team is 3.
- ALL players must be at least 18 years of age.
- ALL players must sign “STATEMENT ON AGRE EMENT AND RESPONSIBILITY WAIVER ”.
- All players must wear protective HELMETS and hockey skates. Other protective equipment is optional but highly recommended.
- Game is played 3 vs. 3 players from each team.
- Games consist of two 8-minute halves with a one (1) minute break in between
- All games are running – time and substitutions may be made “on the fly”. There is no stoppage of play after a goal is scored or a penalty is awarded.
- Score from the “attacking” side of half only. Shot must be taken at/or over the halfway mark which is determined by the Game official. After each goal the scoring team gives retreats to own half until puck OR player with the puck crosses half.

ACCOMPANYING PROGRAM

In addition to the hockey competition, there will also be a very varied accompanying program for families. We want to create a real ice experience, where everyone will find something for themselves.
ICE SKATING & ICE SKATING SCHOOL
Representatives of HD Jesenice mladi will organize a school of hockey for the youngest. They will be able to test their shooting skills, skill polygons and other hockey elements.
PRIZE SKILL COURSE
All visitors will be able to try the prize-winning skill course on ice, where some knowledge, ingenuity and luck will be needed to win the main prize.
MASCOT BULI & FAN SHOP
BULI, a mascot of the Slovenian hockey team, will visit us. You will be able to have fun and take photos with him. There will also be a fan shop, where you will be able to buy fan articles (jerseys, shirts, scarfs …).
